HOW DO I EDIT OR UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?
Login to your OrderX account, and then click on "My Account" button.
From your Account Dashboard, click the "Edit Account" button.
Change the necessary details and click "Continue" to save.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Click on “Forgotten Password?” and fill in your email address used to register the account.
A new password will be sent to you via email. Once you have received the new password, you will be able to change to a new preferred password for your account.
Under "My Account" box, click on "Change your password" and creat a new preferred password. Click "Continue" to complete process.
WHAT IS THE ORDER CUT-OFF TIME?
We will process all orders on every 14th and 28th of the month or on the following working Mondays. In the event the group MOQ are met earlier, your order shall be processed immediately. Please allow us up to 24 hours from the cut-off time to process your order from the processing date as we need to fulfil the group online orders from multiple locations.
HOW DO I PLACE A GROUP ORDER?
After you have logged into your account, click “Add to cart” button on the product you wish to purchase.
Click “Continue Shopping” to continue shopping or click “Checkout” to proceed with order for the products.
You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click the “Next” button.
Select your shipping method and click the “Next” button.
Choose your payment method then click the “Next” button. We will send you an email upon the fulfilment of the group MOQ within 14 working days.
After you have gone through all the steps, you will need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the Terms of Service.
Click “Confirm Order” to complete the process.
WHAT IF AN ITEM I ORDERED DOES NOT MEET THE GROUP MOQ OR OUT OF STOCK (OOS)?
CAN I CANCEL AN EXISTING ORDER THAT HAVE BEEN MADE?
Please send an email to our customers service email at sales@OrderX.net with the message title “Request To Cancel Order” to inform us about your cancellation order.
Orders that have already been shipped out cannot be cancelled.
HOW DO I CHECK THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE NEW OR WHEN WILL IT EXPIRED?
We will collectively purchase the products with after our platform have achieved the group’s MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (“MOQ”)
Please be rest assured that we will purchase the products with longest possible expiry date from the principal/supplier.
